I have multiple times. You guys just havnt fixed it like I've been trying to get this dealt with and now im resorting to boosting everything on my server so if we have to take massive hits it doesnt feel as bad like losing 12 ish hours cause your backups dont work. is kinda wild # 729975 is my ticket number feel free to read the block chains of issues ive had. At least I got a week of compensation for it already but man... this is wild that you guys cant even implement backups properly or at least let me make them myself with 1 week delete periods from what I was told we get them for 180 days? why do I need a backup from over a month prior ever. As far as sending in a ticket response times are high now so whats the point in getting a staff member to restore it's saturday I'd rather just be playing than that tbh unless it was within a hour or submitting, your players on boosted server would be better off just playing it out to get the stuff back than sitting and not doing anything during peak play time.

what I wanna know is these guys claim in my ticket that they do backups every 6 hours and its 1am 7am 1pm and 7pm why do I only ever have the 1am one... like where the hells my other backups

server just went down just now... deleted all the data on my server... but I still have the same IP

Fibally got an update to this on my ticket... they claim there was a bug where some didnt get backed up... was told i had some backuos from today but no chance they are just backuos of the current world that was restored from 2 days ago... had a member check files basically in the same spot as before. I get bugs happen but man that big of a rollback is wild for migrating servers there should be multiple backups done to prevent it prior to and just before.

So with performance last night and us not getting a backup been about 14 hours now since i sent in a ticket... we are just gonna have to take the 2 day hit... this is rediculous not to have backups more frequently or a way to set them up unless im missing something my server only gets one every 24 hours and thats only when i force it by changing configs.
