    This seems to be working for me: Backups: Just download the Saved directory. downloading with it running seems to be okay. Restore: Stop the server, rename the remote Saved directory to something else, and then upload your Saved in its place. Then start the server.

    After awhile I received an email that it was ready. that page didn't update but I could log in and get started anyways.
