    Yep your read is correct I think. Seems like literally every customer is having this problem.

    Just charge back I guess, they have every single customer in here having problems and they can't even be bothered to have someone post anything. Only thing that works about this service is processing your credit card.

    Servers just randomly stopping for days on end at this point, ready to try another provider, how do we download our save to move it over to another provider? At this point just hosting it locally would be more reliable. Waste of money. Edit: Got it. I used FileZilla to connect using the FTP details and downloaded my save if you wanna do the same.

    How can we download our save file so we can move somewhere else? Obviously sold way too many servers than they can handle.

    If not fixed by tonight I will be finding another provider also. Stop selling more servers if your infrastructure can't handle them. Not really my problem.
