Does anyone know if refunds are being issued for servers? I've been trying to stay pretty optimistic with the hosts, but at this point I'm not seeing improvement, and if anything I've noticed it's gotten worse. Everyone but one has left my server due to the issues now, so it's pointless for me to even have a server anymore. *sigh* I've sent a ticket but just wondering if anyone else has had luck with a refund. Thanks

I'm also interested in where my backup files are being stored, and I'll admit I'm borderline outside my skill level with tech process.

And here we go again, has anyone heard from admin on this issue? I was hoping to hear from this by this point.... it's been over 24 hours that this same issue has been going on. Server stopping, trying to restart and it's just stuck on 'restarting' now.... *sigh*

Someone suggested under the "one time toggles" to select skip server updating and that has worked really well for me so far *knock on wood* I went from 'stopping' every 2-3 minutes to being up for several hours now. Maybe that will help!

Same thing, start/stop/start/stop

Same here: I have no major 'change' to options from default other than the update/validate. Mine stops, when I start it again it stays running for about 2-4 minutes but then stops.
