I hate doing it too but I already opened a claim on paypal because its been borderline unusable since I bought it.

wish I could but I get "Access denied" when trying to sign in to it. Should I try changing the FTP password?

I haven't tried settings but selecting a backup then pressing the green button still doesn't work.

But you still can't load backups, a lot of people can't access FTP, control panel still doesn't work, and tickets aren't being responded to.

How have you gotten into FTP? I'm just getting "Access denied". Did you change the password or you just use the default?

So I've been having a lot of trouble with the server. First off the ping to the miami server was ~200ms RTT despite most of us being located in miami. To fix this, I tried updating/restarting/starting the server but the control panel is seemingly useless. After a couple restarts I thought I was safe to change servers to test out the ping, New York was giving me 60ms which was surprising compared to the miami one. However, when I switched back to miami the server had completely restarted. Luckily, I had two backups to choose from, but now after selecting them and confirming changes the server is still completely wiped even though it seemingly goes through on the control panel. Anyone know a way to manually make backups or .ini edits? I have no idea how to access the files, and there is no way to create your own backups, the two I'm able to select from were seemingly automated, I just can't load them into the world for whatever reason. Edit: I tried FTP but I'm getting "access denied" Been 5 hours since I opened a ticket with no reply still.
