I helped pay for a server for palworld through a buddy. The 16 player server crashed and kicked out everyone around noon today when only 3 of us were on. It's been in a stopped state since then with us unable to update or get the server to reboot. Can we get clarification on what is going on? Should we be requesting a refund? I'm seeing plenty of other hosts such as game team that aren't having prolonged issues cause they actually have dedicated support teams. We get its a new game launch but just being left in the dark when stuffs not working is a really poor customer support model.
