When well we be able to set our map as the washington map for our server? I was wondering because i want to Thanks!

This is starting to get annoying. No one can connect to my server they just get stuck on the loading screen. Also when it does work there is terrible lagg. So I paid for the service so I should be getting what I paid for. People should be able to connect to my server and there shouldnt be any lagg! I would like this issue resolved asap. The server has been down since yesterday because of these problems. So i need this issue resolved ASAP.

Also it says the is has lost your connection for everyone.

well about 10 minutes my server is un-joinable. The lagg is terrible. The ping would be like 90 then it would hop up to 3 thousand. It will just fluctuate and no one can join... Is there lagg is going on right now?

I dont know how to access anything including how to install rocket or edit my files and admin myself. I can login to the control panel put i dont know how to access my files and how to install rocket and everything. If someone would help that would be nice.
