    Hi there our server has now been offline for 28 hours. ​We have an open ticket # 699352 that i have been waiting for a response on, and I just submitted another Ticket #878141 with the below text. "Can someone please tell me what is going on with it and why it is taking so long for you to fix it. The server crashed sometime after 2AM PST ​​Aug 26th when everyone was asleep. When my fist user tried to log on at 5am PST the server was just stuck at Loading and no one could get in. One of your team said it was fixed at noon PST but no one could actually log into it, they would just time out. About 4PM PST the server was up again but had been rolled back about 4 days. We were in the process of trying to load a backup to the last known time it was working​​​​ for us when the server was Staff locked and I have heard nothing since."
