    My son got to about level 20. Tamed and named a pterosaur. Was on Crystal Isle building when he slipped and died. There was no option to respawn. He created a new character, his pterosaur is there with the name he gave him, but he doesn't recognise his new character. No imprinting, can't ride him. Is there anyway we can recover his old survivor? If so please tell me in the simplest way possible as I have no idea what I'm doing!
