I figured out what I did wrong.

I was just curious as if I enter this correctly into the GameUserSettings.ini properly. I gave it a go ingame but it didn't seem as if it was working. I looked at the sticky that directs you too here and maybe I am not familiar enough with the process of this but I don't see a good example on how to go about this properly. I know there is a custom parameters in the control panel, but I am assuming this way should work as well. Maybe I am mistaken. The RED is the settings I added. If you could confirm or deny if they're added correctly. I would appreciate it.
