    Ok so PING is how long a message takes to go from your computer to the server and back, it should be less than 200ms. Each of your friends would have a ping as well. Where did you set your server region, and where are you/your friends in relation to? You can on windows open your command window START MENU >> {type in cmd} >> Open/Click on the Command Prompt >> Type: ping {servers ip, do not include port}
