This was solved after opening a ticket with support staff. The solution seemed to be changing the Cluster Code to a new "name" on all relevant servers.

I have 4 servers on 1 cluster. I have been trying to transfer to our newest server "Extinction". I am traveling from "Valguero". I'm running into an issue when complete the "Travel to another server". The new map starts loading and I'm met with "Spawn Survivor" screen. After I click a location, I am taken to the "Character Creation" screen. If I try to select "Download Survivor" it loads up a new window that is always blank. If I return to Valguero, I am able to reload the character back into the original map. Has anyone else ran into this issue and found any solutions?
