That is really good customer service. Thanks Ryan! I think I saw that I could change how often it backs up as well, so we might try that for a little relief. I haven't needed to restore in the 3 months we have had the server, so probably moving that to every 2 hours should be fine.

At 5 minutes past the hour and 1/2 hour we get a lag spike that delays opening containers, attacking, and other actions. This seems to go on for a minute or so (presumably until our backup is complete) and then we have 29 minutes more hassle-free play. I think this only started the last couple of weeks. I don't think it was always a thing.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Should I open a ticket or deal with it?

Do you have it under a header called [server Settings] in your GameUserSettings.ini file? I set mine to .429 and that increased the dino level to level 60 on the next reboot. Setting yours to 1 should max it out.

Happening on server 6533 for about the last 10 days. I submitted a ticket but don't have a ticket number yet.

When you put the unofficial filter in, give it a few minutes to load all of the 6000+ unofficial servers, then you should be able to find yours by typing in the name. After you create a survivor on that server, use the "My Survivors" filter to find your server.

In your GameUserSettings.ini file, in the [serverSettings] section, add a line that says DifficultyOffset=1 to boost the untamed dino level to 120.
I don't know how to change max character level.

Is it only Seattle for now? Dallas is much closer for me...is it hard to change if we start one place and move later?
