    I ended up figuring this out... There is a second checkbox that somehow got unchecked, Auto PVE Timer.

    When I went to log into my server I noticed it was on PVP. I checked in the control settings and see that PVP is disabled. Logged in thinking it was just showing wrong, but found we had cryo sickness. I attempted to reboot the server. Did not work. Turned PVP on and then back off. Did not work. Checked the INI file to make sure there was nothing there making it permanently PVP. Not sure if anyone has run into this problem. Wanted to put a feeler out here before I put in a support ticket. Not sure if support can even help with this sort of thing. Thank you to anyone that has anything I can try!
