? I can't do anything with my server....... Waste of money so far 25$

I think the issues could be the Seattle location i chose for my server, are those servers down as i do not see any test servers for those and my ticket is being ignored.

I am unable to load up my control panel, when i click onto the unturned server it just loads up a white page and i cannot do anything at all. why is this?
