  2. What method did you use to edit the configuration file? If this is still an issue please submit a ticket and we can reload the config and reapply the settings for you.
  3. Unfortunately there is no way, however you can run a save command if you are an Admin on the server! You also can restore a back up from within the SavedArks section, as ARK makes some that are stored in that directory.   4. Hello all! The much anticipated release of A20 to the stable build is live today (12/21/21) In order to get your server set up on the latest stable build, you will likely need to manually delete the SteamCMD folder via FTP and then force an update on order to force the server to the latest version. If that does not work, a full clean install may be needed. As of the A20 build, the world size needs to be set to 6144 at the smallest! Now that the stable build is live, we will be configuring the default world size to 6144, however we have not got around to it, so manually setting the world size of 6144 or greater in the control panel will need to be done.
  5. When renting a new server, be sure to select the "Yes, Run Update" option in the game update drop down menu, then press the large green "Save Settings and Restart" button on the bottom of the page! That will install the files needed for the first boot and get your server online!

  19. I did not see that question, do you use the modify config tool or do you use the Advanced config section?
  20. Lost Island map is active in the control panel!
  21. Try selecting the "Clean SteamCMD Folder" check box and then apply an update. If that does not work, please submit a support ticket so we can look into this!
