    I've submitted a ticket too. I am having this same problem, no drop pod or spawn options for star system map. I just figured it all out. this post:

    I am trying my best to do this on my own but I am not sure what to do next. I've had this server for about an hour now and I cannot get spawn options to appear like "Earth Droppod". There's just no options besides spawning in a suit. I'm using Stay System Map, but there's just no options to respawn anywhere but in your suit. This doesn't give you a survival kit, it just spawns you randomly on earth. *edit* I figured it all out thanks tho answers here:
