Protable

Hey guys, so a couple friends and I have already gone through the bulk of what is available in the game and we're mostly just wanting to build now. I noticed on the page for my dedicated server, there was an option for 'Local Save Upload' and was curious if this meant we could potentially do some of the bulk work on a private server and then upload that private server file onto my dedicated one? If so, I'm not really sure the process of how to go about doing it. I looked a bit on the forums here and didn't find anything, but I'm sure this has already been asked so I apologize. Thanks! Also this local save will be a fresh one with the new updated content.
