Mine hasn't been working for around 20 hours, so yeah it haven't worked since I bought it.

Hello, so I bought a server yesterday and I got the email about it and everything, however I went to the controle panel and tried to update my server and restart it, the update was running for about 10 seconds then closing down and the server still had the sign "stopped", so after 30 mins of waiting (Cause I know ark servers load slowly) I tried pressing start and nothing happend except the website refreshed, I did this for 4 hours before I gave up and went to bed. Once I got on this morning it was still stuck at stopped and I couldn't start it so I tried to move it to germany from france. However now the server says it's started but it's stuck at loading and it shows the ark version is "???" and I've tried forcing an update with waiting for 20 mins after nothing happend, I tried to stop it and start it and wait still nothing so it's kinda just stuck at loading, does anyone know what I can do about this?
