I have updated steam game client, i have selected update server and tried france now. same thing server not responding, and the name does not show up when you search the steam servers list, due to my frustration i called the server workdammit, it did not work unfortunately. still cannot host my own. I see other survival servers in the list, but not mine. The Island ARK Version 172.6 IP: 195.154.134.241:18015

Paris, Dallas, New york, Germany server all do same thing your web site says fine, steam client does above screenshot.

I've tried it with HTTP:// in front of the ip address and without it just in case, both give same response server not responding. still.

had to remove screen shot due to 500kb limit on site,

And we follow the link provided for how to add a server, and again it says, when you add it and try to " FIND GAMES " at this address, which i had explained i did that in my support ticket but you know i could have imagined myself going there yesterday and googling how to find game servers, so i did it again, and to my surprise it said again.... Server is not responding. The website says, READY TO JOIN, and steam says, There aint no game at that ip and port because the other end isnt responding. Ticket # 769896

So fresh start on the forums lets see how this goes, Ok i am restarting the sever and doing the ARK update,as it seems steam ark has one so good idea. i'll post again soon as it reboots, in what can take up to 60 minutes, or less, back shortly.

So day 2 i still cannot connect to my server in steam. I know yesterday there was a few updates, to ark itself, and obviously would need to update server, etc..so today now i see ark again updated, and I got this canned response in my help request. Please read this thread to see how to join your game server: https://www.survivalservers.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1424-how-to-find-and-join-an-ark-server-in-steam-browser/""" Now in my support ticket i included a couple screenshots. which showed when you try to add that IP and port to the add server section, all i get is a message Server is not responding So i tried updating my games to latest version, checked to have my server running latest version, have tried changing game name, all passwords also have been changed, i was trying with a locked game password but took that off, ftp password changed also, I am NOT running any custom launch crap, vanilla, It says READY TO PLAY, but it is NOT ready to play because i cannot join, I had explained this in the email / support. So now i'm here saying the same thing. Any ideas...
