Is there a site to list your server or get more attention to it?
Our crew is opening the server up and I know I need to get it out there to be seen more.

That should be the case unless the download function is broken, but I havent had mine open with that option set to disbaled.

Which files do I save and remove if I want to save the characters and wipe the map, or any combination of.

Would it be possible down the road to have a server version listed in our control panel and what server version is currently the latest?

My ping rate seem to be good, but I have to wait like 15minutes to join my own server now.
No one wants to play now cause we cant join the server.

How much are they paying you brian? I want in. but yeah mine isn't working still either.
There not paying me anything, just thought I would be nicer about it since it has worked for me lately, it was not nice till about an hour ago.
I will use whatever service has it and it is working

This being my second day of issues with Survival Servers, I ordered a server from Bluefang so that I have some kind of backup option. That was several hours ago and my server order is still being "processed" with an estimated wait time of 24 hours, according to their Twitter. Whether you stay here or go there, you're still going to be playing the waiting game with the rest of us for awhile unfortunately.
They have no openings atm at other places for ARK servers, it is the same about everywhere. shrugs

Nope, I just didnt yell at anyone hard core and submitted some results I did on my end if there was any.
I had to the first 20 hours as well with no service. I was pissed, still kinda am, but I am tryin to work the problem with them not against them.

Are there any known issues of a server not allowing more than 2 people to connect.
Everything else is working great, but I cant get more than 2 people in and the connection time waiting to get into the game from when you click to enter is long, upwards to 3 min or forever.
Anyone else?

Within an hour, new server switch was working and setting were able to be made. Control panel working, login to the server takes a long wait, but so far so good.

Hi,
Just wanted to say that everything that was broke earlier for me was in full working order till about 10 minutes ago.
THanks to all the people working on these servers.
I had to switch servers for I was defaulted to France and the pings were terrible. I finally was able to switch to the LA server after hours of attempts and when I did finally get it to go, I now have a white screen again when I select my server in the control panel.
I am out of options from my end.

My server is for freinds and family and we have enough to play like that for now, so cheating isnt an issue.
Looking forward to seeing what comes out of all this for mods and so on.

I had all kinds of issues and did post some tickets. I have since seen everything come together and start working for me.
Only issue I had was I was in France and that wasnt working for me. I finally was able to swtich to the LA server base and now I have the white screen again when picking my server from the control panel.
I will hang tight and see what gets fixed next.
