Flamingie

Hello, I am an administrator for a server on Ark PC, and I had logged on today to try and change some settings for the server that my friend and I own, I am a sub user so I can't file a support ticket. I went to the control panel after playing on the server for about an hour, I then saw that it was restarting, even though it said it was ready, so I played Black Ops Cold War for about 30 minutes (about how long it takes to restart) and saw It was still restarting. I waited 5 more minutes, and saw it was restarting, but then I checked date and time it was restarting at, and it was 9 hours ago. The server was clearly done restarting but I couldn't edit any setting because it was locked. Once again I'm posting this here because I can't file a support ticket. Cheers.
