I Have the exact same problem and I'm not gonna lie it's kinda pissing me off... Literally only bought their service under the assumption that I could play on the world I have spent hundreds of hours building stuff on with my friends without me being online being the criteria for everyone else to play. It's in my opinion unacceptable and if my ticket doesn't result in a solution I'm going to demand a refund and switch service provider... :/ Hope you guys have better luck than me.
