I have been looking for the same thing myself. I have been keeping an eye out on epochmod.com forum section for any mods that would allow this. Let me take another peak in there and see if i can find anything to this. Maybe if not then can find something that can be modified to work for this need. You guys do know that this is an event that runs on epoch already...

I just thought I would do a quick introduction of myself. 37 yo in the military. In my free time I like to work on modding servers "usually my own". I started out like most of you but became seasoned pretty quick. I run a gaming clan and do my own MOD work on my servers. I have seen a lot of issues in the forums with mods not working properly and if I can be of any assistance don't hesitate to to give me a shout. We "our clan" currently run Arma 2 Epoch and Overpoch servers, BF3, Garry's MOD, CS:GO, Arma 3 Epoch, Arma 2 Wasteland, Rust, and 7 Days to Die. The Arma 2 servers are brand new but they are starting to get populated.
