So i have a server sitting at Status: Unknown, Tickets been submitted but the wait time for this type of problem is way to long i don't know how many people work for Survival Servers but you need to hire more people spend a little cash to keep your stuff running i'm assuming your the middle man and resell servers from a data center. Support area Base |Search |Index table has 0 info in it need to have someone write Q & A and put it in there for you because all your doing is leaving people in the dark when they are trying to look stuff up. Live Support .........i don't think i ever seen it not OFFLINE, Set a time aside each day around "This hour to that hour" and list the hours on the website and assist people. Make sure it listed as Server/Billing Support and Not Modding Support. Have Trust issues and don't want anyone else to have access? then don't hire kids and i mean if you don't have the time to do this and then Survival Servers should shut down that's just my opinion and don't get me wrong i'm not mad, raging, i'm just saying it as i see it. And Fuck modding Support epochmod and other places on the web have all the info people need for support they can go to people just lazy to use Search. But Really you seem to have something good going here but when it comes down to Server down time and lack of support for that it hurts. Anyways that's my 2 cents hope you can take little criticism.
