    Server had some maintenance and has been running great ever since! Played for 5/6 hours without lag or issues with around 4-5 people.

    Got a response from the Customer Service team and they have fixed it 3 times. But it's still going down after about 30 mins every time.

    Lets wait till they get it fixed, believe the other hosting providers for Valheim are also having similar issues.

    Aaaaaand its broken again. Were playing with 2 people and it just suddenly crashed. I did set a custom restart timer. And also just removed it to see if it solves anything.

    They just fixed mine as well. Might have been an overall issue? Version number is now also showing correctly, which before it didn't. This is actually my first time buying space from a host, usually I just host myself. Let's see how it goes from now on.

    Hey, I'm getting the same thing, got the server yesterday, tried to upload my map, server bricked into Unknown status. Waiting for the support team to resolve it Haven't been able to play for a single minute unfortunately. Lets hope this will be fixed soon. Does anyone know if SurvivalServers offers 24/7 service, as I'm in Europe and they seem to be based in the US?
