    ya mine has been unknown status for 7 hrs and counting now. 1pm today (21st) will be 24 hrs the ticket will have been open but no response yet

    well i reinstalled the server and everything was fine for like 8-9 hrs. now its unknown status again for past 7 hrs.

    I restored my server to the backup of when i first got it, and now im getting "wait for host" and i cant get it status is currently: "Unknown"
