  1. I'm not sure if there's anyone more unprofessional than you guys but I'm willing to take a gamble with another company. Your PHP ticket system is down again, not that I expect you to have replied to my ticket or even taken a look at the server (Which, by the way, is still in a condition where no one can connect to it) My server has not worked since the day I purchased hosting with you. I'm being billed for weeks of hosting while the server is still not working. What's wrong with this picture? I'll be sure to tell everyone about the stellar service and support I've received here with you guys. Really. You're great at charging credit cards and setting up non-working servers. Good luck with your business kids!

  3. Thanks for your suggestion, I tried WinSCP but I'm getting Access Denied from that when I try to connect. The support ticket system is back up again and I have submitted a ticket. Thanks again...

  5. Support system still down?? I am trying to access the server's FTP using the information provided on the control panel. I am getting "530 Not logged in, password error." from FileZilla. I have tried both typing (retyping) as well as careful copy+paste but this password does not work. Can someone from your company reset my FTP password, and also update the control panel to display the correct password? I'd submit a ticket but your ticket system doesn't work properly, and I keep getting a PHP error when I log into it. Thanks guys

  9. No addons that I'm aware of, I just bought the package that said 'INSTANT SETUP' (Whatever that means!). Does instant setup actually mean anything? I know that charging my credit card was instant, is that the instant setup? Sorry janis, I just read stuff like that and it (mis?)leads me into believing the server would actually be set up instantly. I just don't think its fair that you engage in deceptive business practices and then give me an attitude, like I'm the one who messed up. Should you be rewarded with my business?
