Hey. I'm sure someone is going to help you (support team, where are u?) with that problem. My order seems to still be pending anyways so I can't tell you if my antihack works or not. I guess you ordered it with InfistarFULL straight away? which makes +20$ in paying, right? I hope someone is going to fix those problems really soon. Did you order the InfistarFULL by buying a server or did you buy it from the original creator and installed it yourself? That might be an important information for people to help you out. Other than that I'm still waiting for my server to get up and as soon as it is up I'll try the InfiSTAR on my own and see how it looks/if it works. Kind regards,

Hey I feel you. You're feelings are hurt. However he can ban whomever he wants. He doesnt need a reason, nor an excuse. Go play on another server. Not a hard problem to fix. It would actually suck if you're playing on a server every day, building up a base (maybe even with friends) and then the server owner decides to ban you for "no" reason. But as someone else said, it's a hosting company and not Bohemia. Owners can bay who and whenever they want. Kind regards, Janis

Hey, I don't think it matters how long this post was ago - If people search the forums for "how long does it take for addons to get installed" they probably will find this thread and go ahead to write a support ticket instead of creating a new thread. I hope at least. Kind regards again, Janis

The setup for me on a vanilla was instant, my server was going before the charge went through my credit card. That seems to be the standard thing. Just trying to get anything else after that, as you can see from my signature my server is down and has been going on 3 days without a single comment or anything from the admins or techs. The longest it took was 24 hours to get a response, but you know what they say ... you get what you pay for.... Hey, So you're telling us that it takes about three days to install addons to your server if you order them, right? Better install it yourself then I guess. You can reduce the downtime and it's alright if you understand how to install them. If you're new to all this (like me) it's actually not too bad to let someone else do it for you, even if you have to pay. At least the server will still work after the installation. Hi there, Without trying to be rude, I guess a post like this should go to the support and not to the community forum. I bet someone is able to help you there if you make a new ticket and ask for help or explanaiton. As far as I know people in those forums don't really know much about the hosting-side errors/tickets that happen if your server crashes. Kind regards, Janis

Hi there, I'd recommend to just create a new ticket and ask them how long it's going to take. You're probably going to get a quick answer there, doesn't look like anyone knows how long it takes on the forums. Kind regards, Janis

Hi there, Did you ever change any settings in any configuration files? Maybe you messed something up that stopped the loot and zombies from spawning on your server. If it's running for a long time you might aswell just try it with a restart, that should reset all the working files and get you some loot spawning in. At least that's what I would try. Hi there, U can change the name (display) of your server if you go to "my account" -> "my gameservers" and click on your server. Then you should have some options where u can access the FTP, change the name, change the time, select UIDs for admin access and so on. Maybe you missed something in your settings there so the server is showing up with it's IP. Kind regards, Janis

Explain it a little bit more. You have to choose on the drop-down menu if you want to pay it with credit card, Paypal Subscribe or PayPal "once". Does it not even let you do that? Kind regards, Janis
