    Hello so I have just realised I've been being charged by survival servers monthly for a server I have no knowledge about and I cannot find the login anywhere, I would just like for this company to either stop charging my account or give me the login to the account thats being charged and has been completely inactive. I can't open a ticket because I have no server number. I'm not sure if this forum is just for users or if staff are on here too, any help is appreciated.
