    In GameUserSettings.ini mycfavisit survey file under [ServerSettings] you'll find DinoCountMultiplier=1.000000. Change the 1 to 2/3/4 to double/triple/quadruple wild dino spawn rates. Alternatively, change the walmartone login portal  number to 0.5 to halve them.
