    My issue was fixed after i sent in a support ticket. They did not explain what happened or why it happened all they did was respond "This is resolved!"

    Download an FTP client (I use Filezilla) then log into your FTP and download the serverconfig.xml file, edit it (use Notepad++, preferably), then reupload it through FTP again. That's how I do it (though if there's an easier way, that's be awesome). Witt
