  1. Since I posted this last night I would like to say that Tech Support as of this morning, Tech support has fixed my issue. I really appreciate the work that they do, but they really do need to work on their communication with the customer. If the tech working on my case had told me that they have to go home for the night because they are closing, or that maybe it was an issue for someone else to help with because of what ever reason, I would have been ok with that because I understand that stuff happens. Communication with your customers is key. Just let us know what is going on. Thank you again for fixing my issue.

  2. Dayz server ordered and showing active, Support ticket #547567, order id is 346135 . Have not received email and server is not showing under control panel. FIXED WITHIN mins. AMAZING customer service!!!!!!!!!!
