New to Clustering - Any help appreciated

Recommended Posts

I just rented my second Ark server and am trying  to cluster the two servers together, but I've run into a bit of a strange issue with transfers, and I'm seeking any advice about what I might have done to produce this problem.

I have successfully clustered the two servers - my primary is running Genesis and the new one is running the default Island.

When I try to transfer my survivor from Genesis to the Island, I follow all the directions - choose to transfer the survivor to the correct server, and when I get to the Island's loading screen, I choose "spawn my survivor" (or whatever the actual text of the button is, but I'm clearly not choosing to create a new Survivor) That's when the trouble starts, as it then just dumps me into the new Survivor creation screen. Every time. And I have to start over at level 1.

What could be causing it, because it's definitely not supposed to work that way. Is there some config setting I've screwed up possibly? I can save myself by doing a Server reset to a save file, but that's not a long term fix, nor are admin commands to fix myself.

Any help appreciated, as my buddies really want to start getting artifacts for the Island bosses with their spiders.

I can successfully upload tames and equipment, so those parts are working, but the survivor transfer is just broke. :( Any ideas?
