I have had a support ticket in for a while and they haven't responded, its been almost 24 hours... Dead Directors 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2014 Make sure you're connecting to the FTP IP instead of the Server IP. Aside from that, there's not a whole lot we'd be able to assist with.
