Review your .rpt file to determine if what, if any, is or are the problems. Further, you did not pay for the mod. You paid for the installation of the mod. SS does not write or support the mod they simply install the mod as a service. I have found it is better if you, the person renting the server, install and support the mods. The modders and the Epoch team change things so often they break old code. Broken mods have nothing to do with SS. Come back and post when you have additional questions. I will see if I can help.
