Maodox 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2013 Yesterday I purchased a mod service and within a few hours it was changed from "Pending" to "Active" in the My Products and Services Client Area. However the services are not active and there appears to be no changes made to my server (I restarted the server and checked the time stamp on the file). My question is: Is this normal or do I need to submit a ticket? The order was placed ~23 hours ago and the status was changed to active maybe 2 or 3 hours later. I assumed active meant installed and working, but I haven't been able to find any information on what exactly that means. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Nickfish22 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2013 I think something is wrong with their servers at the moment. I purchased a server three days ago and still havn't heard back... It says pending, but they charged my paypal account almost instantly. Got an email saying my server is up and ready to play but I cannot login to the admin page, and when I try to reset my password says account does not exist. Admin 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2013 This would be account-specific so you will have to create a support ticket. All orders are setup instantly except in some rare circumstances were the automation module that creates & provisions servers has issues.
