Fatal Error interpretation; ObjectInstancingGraph

So my players and I have been encountering this crash to desktop error. We don't know what's triggering it.. It's happened while riding a wyvern, it's happened after opening a loot crate, it's happened after rendering the base, it's happened while doing nothing at all.. At first I thought it was something with the 247.1 patch so I updated to 247.2 but we still experienced it. My players have tried validating files with no results. I've restarted and validated the server files as well.

 

I'm really not sure what else to do. It would help greatly if I knew what the error actually meant.

I decided not to open a ticket since I figure this isn't a problem with the server itself, but I'd still greatly appreciate some help with this to narrow down the problem.
