Need help transferring back

I'm very new to owning a server and need some help getting my character back to my original server. I started on The center map on a server that isn't from survival servers. I purchased a server here to go to Scorched Earth so me and my friends could get the new dinos. I was a little skeptical about the whole server transfer thing so i made a new character and transferred him to SE, made my way to the obelisk and transferred him back to the original TC server and it worked perfectly. Now that I have the dinos that I want I'm unable to transfer back to the original TC server. When I click the download Ark survivor button there is nothing there.
