battlegravy 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2013 I ppurchased my server yesterday and received the email straight after saying that it was ready but when i try to connect to tcadmin it says that my account doesnt exist, I am really unhappy as the website advertised this would be an instant server setup. If i do not have a working server by the end of today i will be opening a dispute with paypal. I even paid for all the extras and still i have nothing for what i pad yet. NOT HAPPY. Oscar Juliet 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2013 You are disrespectful and this company deserves some respect. They have been loyal to their customers. It is always the new ones who act like you are. I'm just a customer. Not a member of the tech team. It takes time to set up a lot of new servers. Be patient, if you have problems make a support ticket per issue and wait.
