Server Lag fix?

My server was working perfectly Saturday, hardly any lag, now its so bad for everyone. any fixes at all? i dont know what my stats were like when it was fine but current are

Player: 5/16

RTT: 210-225

Jitter: 2.5-7

PacketLoss: 0% but spikes to as high as 20-35%

Server FPS: 28-35

 

is there a way to purchase an upgraded server for better performance or will these issues be fixed on the server i have?
