help editing cfggameplay.json

Currently trying to edit the cfggameplay.json to make some changes to my map but nothing seems to be working. Steps im taking shut down server enter root mpmissions/dayzOffline.enoch folder then cfggameplay.json  ps: i have custom map enabled and 2 functional mods maybe i need custom launch parameters to enable customizing of the cfggameplay.json file?

Did you ever resolve your issue? Did you check the "enable the cfg gameplay checkbox? Pretty sure that needs to be enabled.
