My server will not start.

as the title says,

Status: Stopped


I switched to LA hoping the seattle servers were just having issues now it wont even start at all !


EDIT : Status: Started (0/10 players)
But now it's not listed in steam again.. hmm (I updated the server after switching locations)

EDIT : I restarted the server via the top restart and waited and it appeared on the server list and I was able to join after I entered the pass I set


Success, but i'm stuck in a loading screen if anyone wants to help me out and try to join my server PM me for the passcode.

EDIT: not appearing on the list..yet again.
