Hi All, hoping someone would be kind enough to help me out. My Ark server is hosted by a different company to SS however have come here for advice. It's a 50 slot server and hangs at least 3 times each day at random intervals, the symptoms are that all players during the hang on the server are unable to use their toolbar or inventory, they have to logout and then unable to log back in. I have to stop the server and restart it from the control panel then 5 mins later it allows players to log back in, it rolls back around 15 mins and is getting quite annoying. I've reported this to my host provider however they say it could be the build of the current game. what I need to identify is if this is true is everyone else having the same problem where their server will hangs like this. Is there a fix that your aware of. appriciate your help, Thanks Ed
