[2 questions before possible purchase]

1. What are the specs the server is running and how much ram will the VM have access to?

2. If I make a ticket will you guys be able to do a data transfer?

Hi! I'm having some issues with my server not booting. It's running a custom map so I can use Launch Parameters, which are below, DZSA Launcher is disabled. I'm not sure what to do, the server will launch just fine if I launch it on Chernarus, I've tried running Run/Validate and that still didn't work.
