[Adding workbenches and chests to spawn]

Hey I want to add some of the special workbenches from the boss fights and a chest into the starter towns how can I go about doing that.

Iv been trying to change the player stats to no avail. IM trying to change the combat stats as well as the survival stats for my server from times 1 to times 5. I added in what I thought was the correct ini lines and still nothing in changed. Also trying to do this for the tamed mounts as well. If anyone knows the correct way to do so hopefully you can help me.
