I stopped my server, and it never stopped? My server just says stopping? I'm confused on why this happened. How do I fix this?

I made a support ticket and hopefully my problem will be fixed. But in the mean time this the error I didnt notice when I run task in dayztools: Running task on Chernarus database..
Not running at least Bliss v4.0 database schema, skipping.

I am running the map Chernarus, when I try to spawn a vehicle in it says this: "There was an error adding the vehicle, please contact Survival Servers via support ticket."

well basicly there is no vehicles on the map, the only to get a vehicle is to spawn one in with admin powers! I have set up the server correctly but for some reason the vehicles will not spawn! As you can see this is very frustrating and I would love some kind of support to fix this problem!
P.S. how do I make a support ticket?

These "steps" show how truly negligent your server admins are. There is not 1 single step shown in your post, and my money is going to your services. I would like a complete response; not a lousy half-ass one.

default vehicles wont spawn, nor can I place down new spawns for vehicles! If I dont get any help by tonight I want my money back!

yeah they fixed it for my too, they tech support is great but would be better if they replied sooner lol
