    oops posted my ticket on an other post.   server is #6060   my work ticket in is #636049   still in unknown status

    I had my Server in Seattle because that was the only one that it would let me setup last night.  Really want Dallas due to ping times.  So this morning I switched to Dallas and now I get the "Unknown" server issues as well.

    how do i back up my server files? and my server is in the "UNKNOWN" Status..   any one know whats going on??
