I for one have no idea how to add a mod on to my server?

Yeah mine is not showing up either I put 6 for the community option for all and I cant find it either. Even type the name in does not show how can people find my server if it does not show up???

Brand new server!!! Active admins at this time just me and my brother might look for more down the road. We will not wipe our server unless we absolutely have to.

We are open to ideas mods and what settings you may like we want to keep the game easy but not to easy. Crafting speed is set to make Artisan thralls more useful.
30 player slot server.... Maybe down the road we will expand if server is popular enough. We promise to keep the server up to date and do our best to keep server up 24/7 We really look forward to seeing everyone on Phantom-Shifters we will be fair and honest admins and try to give everyone the best experience possible. Well I got good news I can get into the control panel just did some settings editing but its saying can take up to 20 mins to save settings well its working on 15 mins now ugggg the wait!!! hahaha

So I get home from work and check the control panel and im slapped with the big ole 500 error still I am losing hope here fellas im sorry. But I am starting to get pissed and im to the point where if its not working tomorrow im going to have to go and I dont want to ask for a refund but I am now almost working on 3 days nothing for my 21 dollars

Day 2 still can not access control panel and its been 11 hours since their last tweet this is pretty bad folks.. I dont get it they are slow on the ball to communicate with us.

Yea I saw that , but thats not our problem, we cant even access our server at all to even see if its up or down. We literally have 0 interaction with it at this point.
True I know just keeping hope they need get more man power on getting this up and going. This is taking to long!! Sorry impatiens is starting to set!!!

Well i am having the same issue wish i checked the forums first before i bought one.
I agree I was to quick to buy wanted my very own server but now im stuck with waiting till its fixed.
I have an open ticket asked about an ETA on how long will it be till I can get into the control Panel and all I got was Your reply to support request was noted???

Hahha yeah im that guy LMAO well thats great news man glad your server is well on its way. I hope soon I can get into mine as well. Not trying to be an ass here but since its advertised instant setup I know they are having issues but I think those who have paid should get at least a few days or even a couple weeks free of charge sub. Because its just a pain when you also have to work and spend most of your day off twiddling your thumbs for hope of ever getting on. Problem here is they keep taking in on more people buying servers they need to clamp that and work on whats already bought up to this point but thats just me.
Also need to put up on the site at least let new buyers know there is a problem or something. Before you decide to buy even say not instant setup at this time. At first I felt like it was false advertising about the instant setup till I saw the tweets and read the forums.

Kinda wish I had an idea this was going on I would of held off on buying a server. Guess I should of researched more into the issue. It is stated this is the top or one of the top survival server hosts so I dunno what to do but hope I get something for my wait.

Gotcha. Seems like their web server is not responding to your request. Could be multiple things causing that. Not going to assume which that may be.
So then its on their side not mine then uggg trying not to be impatient lol Well guess I will have to wait thanks BennyP for helping me get this problem answered.

You said you are seeing Invoice, Addon, Game Servers, Support correct? If so you are in the control panel.
umm well if I am I am not able to start up my server or anything to do with the server I click the control panel tab it brings me to a page and get that error 500

Ok definitely not an issue with your connection man. You said you see Active and Paid? Do you see any other options on the left side? i.e. Invoice, Orders, Addons etc..

Can you try on a different internet connection? Will be a good way to see if its your internet connection or possibly the region youre coming from. There are multiple roads if you will that connect to different networks. Its possible its your connection DNS not resolving correctly. Or the road you are taking to their web server has a pot hole in it. =p
Umm I only have one net connection here at my house
my internet is working fine so I dunno how to resolve this issue I dunno if its a problem on my end or theirs. -

I am able to browse survivalservers.com just fine from my work connection and on my phone LTE. Are you getting this on different internet connections?

My server was Unknown and performed a update/validate and after 4-5 restarts I am showing started and ready. Just a heads up.
Quick question is this on my end this error or is it on their end??

I totally understand where youre coming from. Im mostly talking about people who have been constantly rampaging through the forum about things when they could of taken the time spent ranting to move on somewhere else.
I can understand the frustrations you and other people have related to the downtimes. It is your money and you should get what you pay for.
Totally respect you speaking your point of view and being reasonable about it man.

but yeah I actually look forward to running a server through these guys I love the custom control panel idea. I pray they get it up and running soon. Ill stick around for a bit see if everything works out.
