    We are addressing the web server instability issue which is #1 priority right now.

    So fixing your website takes priority over fixing your machines? I don't know if you lads noticed but your losing lots of customers...

     

    Me server is still down for unknown status. Ticket and ID is above.

     

    Wouldn't it be hard to address the many tickets and fix the servers that are having problems if your website wasn't working properly and you couldn't get to the tickets in an orderly fashion?

    Hello,

     

    I've had my server for a few days. All in all it's been great for a new early access game.

     

    My problem started yesterday with a server crash, I did the Run update/Validate and it's been stuck with the Restarting popup every since.

     

    Game server ID #34368

     

    Was wondering if you could help me out? (don't care if it has to be wiped since it's early access it's to be expected, just want to play)
